Thank you for volunteering as a role player for the 2024 Triennial Full Scale Exercise on June 1, 2024. Registration and moulage application will open at 0715 and the exercise briefing will begin at 0830. The exercise will occur from approximately 0900 to 1200.
Please do not be late as we need to moulage (add makeup and injuries) the majority of role players.
A continental breakfast and boxed lunch will be available before and at the end of exercise play; coordinate with your exercise controllers.
The exercise will be hosted at locations across the Midway footprint.
All role players will be provided with additional logistics instructions including where to report and park closer to the exercise.
The Chicago Department of Aviation is requiring all role players be at least 18 years old and sign a waiver to participate. A partial background check will be conducted to confirm eligibility within the restricted space of the Midway airport.
On the day of the exercise, no phones or cameras will be permitted. Actors will need to be prepared to get wet (no phones, jewelry, etc.), dirty, and have outer layer of clothes removed for mock medical treatment.
Firearms, weapons, and ammunition are strictly prohibited at the exercise. Role players are subject to the same screening procedures as administered by the Transportation Security Administration when you are traveling by air.
